After missing out on howling 4m weather yesterday (Fri) I was keen to get out today. F5-6 was forecasted by the Met Office and what did we get...a solid F3, oh yes. :(

Even more annoyingly the wind did pick up just enough to tempt me out. And one very brief planing run was what I got. Meeting up with Pat, Basher, Simon and SuperLucy (who was still desperate to get out again in spite of her Selsey-Shoreham marathon yesterday!) fortunately made it worth the drive to the beach. Despite being in a generally very windy period I seem to be continually just missing out on the best conditions - very frustrating. I really need a solid waveboard session now to re-ignite the enthusiasm.
